In the tradition of A Mississippi Aikido Christmas Eve, and Ebony Hakama, this year I give you...
A Judo Christmas Song for Santa
I'm dreaming of a white dogi
The ones I wear once looked so nice.
But now yellow sweatstains,
Darkened bloodstains, and dirt
Don't come out in the wash.
I'm dreaming of a white dogi
With every judoka I grab.
My gi would be merry and bright
If I could turn my dogi back white
I'm dreaming of a white dogi
That would be such a pleasant gift.
A size-6 Mizuno, what a sight!
And please send my new dogi in WHITE.
