Morning aikido

Aikido with Rob
  • Tegatana
  • Shichihon no kuzushi
  • Yonkata part B - Shichihon ura (responses for Shichihon gone bad)
  • Sankata suwariwaza 1-3 and tachiwaza 9-16

We will begin next week doing Tuesday 5:00 am classes in addition to our now-regular Thursday mornings.
